Taking measurements :

For women, take the widest measurement of the hips.

For men, take the widest measurement of waist circumference.

Instructions for use: Place the belt around the waist and adjust it with its velcro closure. The lumbar-abdominal magnetic belt is suitable for dorsal and intestinal problems. It can be worn punctually during the day, or day and night if necessary.
