Everyone talks about detox, but when you're not on a diet you don't necessarily feel that you're concerned... Yet our modern, industrial food, the air we breathe and our environment are loaded with toxins and pollutants. We also know that, over time, these products are dangerous and damage our health. The only way to limit the damage is to detox.
Sometimes, too, we feel guilty because we've overindulged in the preceding period, and we feel the need to cleanse and purify our bodies. In these cases, detoxing is a way of regaining well-being.
In fact, even though the liver has the power to cleanse itself, 'toxins' accumulate and end up clogging it up. Everyone is more or less intoxicated, even if some are more resistant to toxins than others. It's a question of total charge, there comes a point when it just won't go away, no matter what you do.
Body detoxification
The body's detoxification system uses the skin (via sweat and sebum), liver and gallbladder (bile), kidneys (urine), lungs (breathing), lymphatic system (lymph) and intestines (faeces) to eliminate toxins.
The accumulation of internal toxic substances (produced by our own organs by breaking down nutrients, plus bacteria, fungi, yeast, hormones, stress) and excessive external substances (pollutants, by-products of cooking, frying, chemicals, additives, alcohol, tobacco, medicines) means that the body can sometimes no longer cope.
The liver becomes sluggish and less reactive, which means that certain toxins remain in the body for longer.
What is the correct frequency?

- As a maintenance treatment, a course of treatment at each change of season or after overeating

Je suis partagée. Je ne ressens pas de différence. Les patchs se collent très mal il faut rajouter une paire de chaussettes pour les faire tenir

au matin les patchs etaient noirs et sentaient le brulé et j avais comme des vertiges donc j ai arreté
