Alternation of polarities
The electromagnetic field produced by the cell phone antenna oscillates around zero; the water molecule that behaves like a small magnet is in turn attracted and repelled by this electromagnetic field that alternates the north and south polarities. There is, among other things, heating, which is the principle of the microwave oven.
Replaced by a change in intensity
The I-Protect magnetic chip is in place: the water molecule is subjected to the continuous magnetic field generated by the chip (B-value). The electromagnetic field emitted by the antenna
oscillates around this B value and no longer around zero: the water molecule is subjected to a field that no longer changes the polarity, but only the intensity varies with the frequency of the electromagnetic field.
