Après essai de 3 semaines, je ne perçois pas de résultat. Je vais poursuivre un peu, mais j'ai eu beaucoup de démangeaison à l'aisselle. Il s'agit d'une capsulite..

Pour certains, les effets peuvent être ressentis après quelques heures seulement, pour d’autres, il faudra attendre plusieurs jours de pratique. Le bénéfice est également variable selon l’origine et l’antériorité de la douleur.
