j'ai bien mesuré 15 cm au dessus de la rotule donc j'ai adapté la taille pour la commande je n'ai pas pu les garder longtemps trop serré et bloque la circulation sanguine peut-être que les genouillères vont s'élargir avec le temps

J'en ai une pour chaque genoux, très bon maintien sans gêne à la marche. Il n'y a qu'à la pliure du genoux que cela gêne
