déçue par celle en couleur noire, la couleur part, commandée le 03/01/24. rose gold très bien

Il est toujours très compliqué de répondre à ce type de réclamation, normalement la couleur noire ne disparaît pas, la bague a-t-elle était en contact avec détergents par exemple ?
