No suspense, the answer is clearly no.

Magnetic monopoles do not exist

The first irrefutable proof is that magnetic monopoles do not exist. Indeed, a magnetic field only North or South cannot exist as the tails side of a coin cannot exist without the face side. However, some people still pretend that the 2 poles of the magnet have different therapeutic effects.

Magnetic vector

Their mistake : We often imagine the magnetic field escaping from the north pole of the magnet by beautiful curved lines which come to the south pole. The novices think that these divergent lines from the north pole show that the north magnetic field is therefore analgesic, since it dissipates. On the other hand, the south pole, which sees the lines of the magnetic field contracting, is therefore stimulating. All this is of course totally false, the magnetic field in space is a magnetic vector, an intensity and a direction, like a small magnet at any point with a North and a South : there can be no north pole without a south pole. It is a magnetic vector which has analgesic and anti-inflammatory powers.

So if we talk to you about magnetic therapy with differentiated actions between north or south, or south or north magnetised water, do not be fooled, it is false.
