Choosing the right magnet size:

• The choice of diameter depends on the area to be treated. Titanium Ø25 mm therapeutic magnets are recommended for the back or shoulder.
• while the Ø15 mm will be suitable for the back of the neck, arms, legs...
• and the Ø11 mm therapeutic magnets are suitable for fingers or toes.

How do I use magnets properly?

Auris therapeutic magnets are always used in pairs: one facing north and one south. It's very easy to place the magnets correctly. Simply start by palpating the epicentre of the pain. Then place an Auris Titanium therapeutic magnet on either side of the pain. Exceptionally, you can use a single magnet to relax the cardiac plexus.

The skin must be clean and dry.

• 1 - Place 1 magnet with the north face marked "N" in the centre of the adhesive and apply to the skin.
• 2 - Place 1 magnet face down, the unmarked side, in the centre of the adhesive, then apply to the skin.
• 3 - Respect a minimum distance that varies according to the diameter of the magnets: ø 11 mm: approximately 3 cm / ø 15 mm: approximately 5 cm / ø 25 mm: approximately 7 cm.

Duration of application of magnetotherapy magnets

From a few hours to several days, depending on how the pain is felt, how intense it is and how long it has been present. Caution: risk of irritation from prolonged, uninterrupted use. Magnets can be applied to several parts of the body at the same time, or used for energy rebalancing. Do not place magnets on recent scars.
