How do I use magnets properly?

Auris therapeutic magnets are always used in pairs: one facing north and one south. It's very easy to place the magnets correctly. Simply start by palpating the epicentre of the pain. Then place an Auris Titanium Ø 15 mm therapeutic magnet on either side of the pain. In exceptional cases, you can use a single magnet to relax the cardiac plexus.

The skin must be clean and dry.

• 1 - Place 1 magnet on the north side, marked "N", in the centre of the adhesive, then apply to the skin.
• 2 - Place 1 magnet on the south side, the side without the marking, in the centre of the adhesive, then apply to the skin.
• 3 - Respect a minimum distance that varies according to the diameter of the magnets: ø 11 mm: approximately 3 cm / ø 15 mm: approximately 5 cm / ø 25 mm: approximately 7 cm.

Duration of application of magnetotherapy magnets
