DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF THE GEL POCKET

The gel pocket must be heated or cooled without its cover.

• To heat: microwave: 25 seconds (600 W).
• To cool: freezer: 4 hours between -12° and -22°C.

Do not keep the gel pack in the freezer.

Take out the gel pack - cold or warm - depending on the chosen method of relief. Insert the gel pack into the lower hollows of the mask and cover with the cover so that the opening is on the outside of the mask. Place the closed part over your eyes, then the strap around your head, adjust the elastic strap to your head size, close your eyes and leave on. Remember to take it with you when you travel!

Warning concerning the gel pack

Never apply the gel pack directly to the skin, whether hot or cold. Do not apply to broken skin. Do not use on children under 24 months. FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY - DO NOT PUNCTURE - DO NOT USE IF THE PACK IS DAMAGED.
