DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF THE GEL POUCHES

• To heat: microwave: 20 seconds (600 W).
• To cool: freezer: 4 hours at between -12° and -22°C.

Do not keep the gel pack in the freezer.

Take out the gel pack - cold or warm - depending on the chosen method of relief. Insert the gel pack into the pocket of the Bandoflex (Velcro fastening). Position the magnetic Bandoflex by placing the 4 magnets on the painful area and close with the Velcro strips. Wear continuously, day and night, until the pain lessens and then disappears. Reuse as soon as the first symptoms reappear, or as a preventive measure every few hours. Our studies show that some people are more responsive than others: for some, the first benefits can be felt after just a few hours, for others, it will be necessary to wait several days of use.

Warnings regarding the gel pack
